As my velle is about finished I started looking for another project for the wife to drive. Needless to say I felt I found a good one, it was a long distance purchase but I figured condition wise I wasnt to stressed on someones untruths I was more concerned about the SS factor. My wife and I share the love of the 68 SS396.. I started talking to someone that had a project forsale, spent quite sometime talking to him about it, he knew what to say and even went so far as to send false pictures.. As far as clones go for a 68 as they are impossible to totally fake this one is as close as it gets.. Body tag was changed and even the title itself states Super Sport.. Yet when I recieved the car the Vin was 135..
He of course is standing behind “what the title says”. I feel I have enough proof he knew what he was doing to convince the Jury Trial he requested although after swopping emails with Stefano Bimbi and him suggesting I post around for some additional help, I thought I would ask for any assistance to save some money attorney wise. I am already into my attorney twice my loss although this is a priciple thing to me and even if I cannot prove fraud and lose my legal costs I would love to hear the judgment for myself.
